Description
Adopting five-axis simultaneous CNC machine tools, supporting various processes such as gear hobbing, gear shaping, gear skiving, etc., equipped with electronic gearbox (EGB) technology to achieve precise gear division and differential compensation.
CNC machining range and accuracy
Gear type: can process spur gears, helical gears, as well as complex special-shaped gears such as fan gears, worm gears, sprockets, and drum gears.
Accuracy level: ordinary processing can reach 7-8 levels of accuracy, high-precision CNC processing can achieve 4-6 levels of accuracy, and the tooth profile error is controlled within ±0.005mm.
Applicable to the manufacture of high-precision transmission components such as automotive gearboxes, engineering machinery, aerospace equipment, and power tools, meeting the needs of efficient, large-scale and customized production.
