Deburring
Parts will be free from burrs and sharp corners.
The simplest way to clean the parts.
Material Compatibility All plastics and metals
Roughness 3.2μm

Smooth Polishing
Machining marks should be still slightly visible, but the surface should be clean of any scratches, and not have any sanding done at all. We do not use manual sanding, manual brushing, rough EDM (above VDI 24) to do it.
Material Compatibility All plastics and metals
Roughness 3.2μm-1.6μm
Deburring
Parts are manually sanded or brushed to remove machining marks to be smooth
Material Compatibility All plastics and metals
Roughness 3.2μm-0.4μm

High Polishing/Mirror Polishing
Starting with sandpapersfrom 320# to #1500, and finally using the polishing paste to polish, the processed surface will be higly smooth without any marks neither machining lines. Especially for the optical/lighting system parts or visual parts.
Material Compatibility All metals
Roughness 3.2μm-0.4μm
Clear Polishing
Normally applicated for acrylic (PMMA) parts, we will use the fine sandpaper to process it manually and using the polishing plate to do the hand polishing, The finished part looks clear and with very good qulity for the optical function
Material Compatibility PMMA

Vapor Polishing
Vapor polishing is a method of polishing plastics(Such as:Polycarbonate abbr, PC) to reduce the surface roughness or improve clarity. Typically, a component is exposed to a chemical vapor causing the surface to flow thereby improving the surface finish.
Material Compatibility PC
Roughness 3.2μm-0.4μm
Electropolished
Parts are brushed with aligned marks as much as possible, so as to remove all machine marks first. The parts are then ran through an electropolishing process. We will use the ScotchBrite, sandpaper, other manual finishing processes.
Material Compatibility Stainless Steel Mainly

Brushing
Brushed or dull polished metal is metal with a unidirectional satin finish. It is produced by polishing the metal with a 120–180 grit belt or wheel then softening with an 80–120 grit greaseless compound or a medium non-woven abrasive belt or pad. Commonly brushed metals include stainless steel, aluminium and nickel
Material Compatibility All Metals
Sand Blasting/Bead Blasting
Basically, it is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface. The sandblasting operation is done under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth/Shape the surface to remove its contaminants
Material Compatibility All Metals
