What is CNC Machining

Fully Equipped to Finish your CNC Precision Machining Job

CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining is a subtractive manufacturing process in which pre-programmed computer software dictates the movement of factory tools and machinery. CNC Machining has wide range of uses in nowadays, usually used to produce complex metal, plastic as well as wood products. CNC machining is a fast, accurate and versatile solution for making production-quality parts in any quantity, without the need for investing in hard tooling or expensive set-ups.

Advantages of CNC Machining

自主仿真

Productivity And Efficiency

CNC machinery can work continuously over any period of time without a break. This greatly increases productivity and efficiency

High Precision Tolerances

With computer software, the design of any given product only needs to be programmed once. The CNC machine can then perfectly replicate that design.

Flexibility

The software can be reprogrammed quickly and easily to produce different parts, allowing operations to keep up with shifting customer demands. And wide variety of material can be selected as well as kinds of surface finishes.

Capability

From one piece to more than 1,000 pcs can be finished by CNC Machining in short time without the need for investing in hard molding or expensive set ups.

CNC Turning parts

CNC Turning is used to process the create turned parts by rotating the rod material against a cutting tool, it is commonly used for functional prototypes and end-use parts with axial and radial holes, flats, grooves, and slots. If your parts design has symmetrical cylindrical or spherical features.
